Welcome to Shiny Home Services! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging with our window washing, power washing, car detailing, and related cleaning services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


2. Services Provided

Shiny Home Services provides professional home services including (but not limited to):

  • Window washing

  • Power washing

  • Gutter cleaning

  • Other cleaning and maintenance services upon request

By requesting our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information so we can schedule and deliver the requested work.


3. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled by phone, text, or email. We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment times, but delays or rescheduling may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if any adjustments are necessary.


4. Payment

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.

  • Unpaid balances may result in late fees or denial of future service until payment is made in full.


5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a $75 cancellation fee. Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


6. Access and Preparation

Please ensure that our technicians have clear and safe access to the service area(s).

  • Gates, doors, and locks should be unlocked at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time.

  • Personal belongings, pets, and fragile items should be removed from the work area when possible.


7. Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.


8. Liability

We take great care in providing our services. However:

  • Shiny Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control (e.g., loose fixtures, damaged screens, deteriorating siding).

  • Customers are required to notify us immediately if they believe damage occurred during service. We will review and work toward a resolution in good faith.


9. Weather Policy

For outdoor services such as window washing and power washing, weather may affect scheduling. In the event of rain, storms, or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your appointment at no cost.


10. Changes to Terms

Shiny Home Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
