2. Services:

Shiny Home Masters provides professional window cleaning services. By requesting our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the purpose of scheduling and delivering the requested service.

3. Scheduling and Appointments:

Appointments can be scheduled through phone, in-person, or email. We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled appointment times. However, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays or rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

4. Payment:

Payment for services is due upon completion of the window cleaning service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other electronic payment methods. Failure to make payment may result in additional charges and may affect future service requests.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a $75 cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies may arise, and we will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis.

6. Access and Preparation:

Please ensure our technicians have clear access to the windows to be cleaned. Please also make sure that the gate is unlocked up to an hour before scheduled service start time. 

7. Customer Satisfaction:

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify any concerns.

8. Liability:

While we take utmost care in providing our services, Shiny Home Masters is not liable for any damage to property beyond our control. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs during the service, and we will work to resolve the issue.

9. Changes to Terms of Service:

Shiny Home Masters reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
