We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with our window cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with the results, please notify us within 48 hours of the service completion, and we will make every effort to address your concerns and rectify the situation.

We always will come back ASAP to touch-up anything you need.

But since we only accept payment after you are satisfied and also offer a 2 day touch-up service we do NOT offer refunds.
